The caller initiated an appointment discussion by saying he would like to visit if the vehicle is still available, since the vehicle is no longer available when the agent mentions this, only a "DECLINED" appointment discussion is appropriate for a call like this. I'm sure @ Blue Eyes would concur with my findings for this call. Thanks for your question.
BTW. The people who think this is general because the vehicle is not available, and perhaps the caller is no longer interested in a vehicle, it's not an accurate depiction either because the caller showed interest in this vehicle in the call. It's not like the caller was not in the market for a vehicle to begin with.
