call disconnected at the middle of the recording then it is connected?
But the scenario on this Call ID is different can you take a look, you have access? (Call was held and redirected to another person then said hello and there were no conversation at all, end of recording)

The one who answered the call cannot understand what the agent is talking about. He said 2 times, I cannot understand. So basically the call is not connected to a qualified intended person. There is no official conversation at all. What if the caller the agent want to deliver pizza? And the client don;t understand because he didn't ordered pizza pie?
Again. Client said he didn't understand what he was saying so the agent hold the line and it ringed again and somebody answered and it dropped. Definitely a super junk call.

Client: Yes, what is it.....(means Connected to the intended person) because this is OUTBOUND CALL
then the call has been connected even the client did not understand what the agent talking about or maybe because the client needs some spanish speaking thats why the agent transfer the call and disconnected

The agent googled or got the # from the tel directory and called him. That's why he didn't understand. Wrong person and Wrong number.
Why will you tag to it's connected when there is no point that the agent is confirmed connected to the intended person.
You're just adding a confusing rule for "Oh hey is this john doe? Yes" It is connected already. You tagged connected. But at the end of the call. "No I'm john doe who ordered pizza, not the one who is looking for a 2018 Jaguar. Sorry!" then?
Can you guys link me to an announcement or updated overview for OUTBOUND that if the call is disconnected is considered a connected call

did the agent said that the agent google the client number or dialing the number on tel directory?
hahaha why the agent call the client if he google some random number
do you have a Ountbound call category? or are you new in this CW:ROC category?

You're making things complicated, and confusing yourself literally. If the agent does not connect to the intended person in the call, it's not connected. I think it's plain and simple. Also, you should ALWAYS tag your calls by the outcome of the call upon it's termination. Basically, all wrong number calls or never reached the intended person should go as "Correction" for that category.
