Car Wars RAOC; related question.
Hello guys, I hope you are having an awesome day!
So, please help me to clarify some scenarios that I have encountered in which the categorization depended of the mediator, let me elaborate:
Scenario 1 - The customer says that already bought a vehicle but the salesman invites the customer to at least visit the dealership for service related matters.
I was advised by a mediator that the correct categorization should be YES; Declined Invitation. But a recently another mediator told me that I was wrong and service related invitations must not be considered.
Scenario 2 - The salesman goes over car details, price, and then mentions vaguely that the customer missed an appointment, the customer gives a vague reason, THEN the salesman invites the customer again to the dealership.
It is clear that the intention of the call is to sell rather than follow up on the previous appointment.
One mediator told me that this should be considered as a new opportunity for an appointment.
I just got penalized since the appointment was mentioned on the call and it should be tagged as a follow up on a previous appointment
(I really need clarification on this one, since both arguments make sense)
I have a couple more, but those are very specific, so I will share only this two with you guys.
So, how do you handle this scenarios?
