MEDIATORS, PLEASE HELP, CWROC Clarification on SOFT/DECLINED
Please help me, this is the exchange,
Customer: Yeah, I might pop down and have a look, Im just busy right now with work so I cant anytime soon but maybe next week.
Agent: Next week? Is that okay if i follow up with you probably monday or tuesday?
Customer: yeah, you can give me a call on monday or tuesday, sure.
I have to know what really is the answer because I tagged a scenario like this soft before, I was audited, the mediator said it is declined. Now I tagged it declined, audit again, mediator said it is soft. Please help me, I am confused now.
