Agent: This is Honda service, how may I help you...
caller: I want to bring in my vehicle for oil change. So you have availability around noon.
Agent: I don't have schedule right now but I have your details that I have to take to a service adviser who will give you a call later to confirm an appointment with you.
Caller: That is fine with me. At what time should I expect his call?
Agent Right now, he is with the customer... but give him ten minutes and he will give you a call.
What is the best tag for this call.
I went for Appointment opportunity, not booked or walk in, then a call back was promised by either side...
Other person plus the mediator thought that not connected was the better option...
