I know it's has been explained, but Accuracy... If I was confused now I'm on the Twilight Zone
Hi, First I read the annoucement... several times... Now the confusion:
I get that the range of data for our accuracy ratio is now measured on 4 days... Well, this morning, as I do everyday after my Patient Pursuit Consolidated fiasco, I check my accuracy rating and I notice that I went from 92% to 89% on SSC, so what's wrong???. I did what the announcement explained and I check my transaction log... this is what I get
the last 4 days I did 305 accurate calls and 7 wrong... that gets 97,71% on accuracy with a 2,29% on error.... hmmm interesting, maybe this should be the cause 92 to 89.... but... is the rating measures accumulative instead of, duh!, rating my 4 days basis and then reset and starting to calculate my rating again? because if not that means that the only way I can up my rating is forever getting a 100% of accurate calls because even if I have a big rating on accurate calls eventually I will get categories closed as the time passing by because the accuracy is getting acumulative instead of rating the range.... My point:
the last 8 days then I made 615 accurate calls 13 wrongs = 97,89% accuracy, 2,13% wrong
12 days 909 accurate 19 wrongs = 97,91% accurate 2,09 wrong%
Question: : As you could see my average is almost the same in a 12 days range, Then why my ratio is keep getting down instead of, at least, being steady with all the numbers I checked? and with down I'm talking about numbers not decimals.. Instead of still having a 92% on accuracy it seems that every 4 days I get one number down..... Maybe I'm a fool to understand all that but I can't getting that reduction...
Thanks!!! and I don't mean to bother all of you, I'm just worry about that....
