Now is more obvious that the changes made to the Accuracy system are worst that the system not working at all, this side by side with the constant errors in other parts of the platform is showing the lack of attention that Century Interactive is placing on this site, witch is just gaining momentum on a rollercoaster of people leaving the workforce of HM and giving bad word to the potential new work force, yes HM have more than a million people active on it and yes not all the people will leave with this problems (for me is currently the only source of income i have) but if these problems don't get addressed it will have a very negative impact on the efficiency that the site produces.
The problem with the Accuracy system now
An announcement was made a few days ago about the accuracy now been "fixed and improve", in this announcement they said that now the sample for the accuracy is 4 days rather than 14 days that took prior this changes, and all pages are showing the accuracy are now sync, but how much of this is real? well for sure i can only speculate and my honest opinion is that they smack a 4 somewhere in the math variable that calculate the accuracy and that was it, i'm not a software developer and i don't know about code or how the gears of a system work but come on use the common sense on this accuracy is updating in real time not 4 days the sample is way lower that what they said and even if you do all reviews right you are still in danger to get a category remove just for doing reviews.
The main reason i think this way is personal experience and some experiments i've done in the past day's, and i'm almost sure that all of the false positives have happened at least once and most of the people have experience the sudden and almost ridiculous variations in accuracy in real time.
The variable that the 2 HM engineers and CEO miss
If you went to school or not (you can just do it online with some free tool) you can estimate your accuracy, just keep track of how much reviews you make on a single category and how much of them are bad, and there you go, you have calculated your acc, simple enough right? now track how many disputes have you won (false positives) and add those to the negative reviews and that's how the system calculate your accuracy. And if you see close enough you will see the big problem with this in a small sample of reviews. Those disputes that you won will have a negative effect on your accuracy regardless of been right on the first place, as far i know it's been this way since i join 6 months ago but then you had more time to regain that unfairly lost accuracy, now you'll be lucky if you go to sleep and you don't get 2 false positives on a category and get an automatic removal in the morning because it will take the last few hours or so of your work, thing that happend to me twice this week.
How to cheat the Accuracy system
Whoa stop right there young cowboy hat star sheriff of the forum, no you wont cheat the accuracy system, you cant cheat math, but you can take advantage of the poorly designed/modified algorithm that calculate your Accuracy, because the sample is so small you can just wait like 2 hours after been audited and just do 2 good reviews and BAM! 100% accuracy, i'm not lying i've tested this twice and twice worked, this only shows how broken the sample is, and even if you do 20 bad of 50 reviews you can gain back full accuracy just waiting for the sample to refresh.
What can we do to fix/avoid this problem?
The truth is, you can't and HM wont address this until this problem of us become a thing that affect Century Interactive services, remember that Humanatic is just the fuel of various money making engines that Century Interactive have, Car Wars Consolidated, Call Box, even the new CARI is fueled by Humanatic the work force of Century Interactive. You can simply keep being patient about all the bugs/crashes/bad craft's that have the website and hope for better day's in a not so long future, (i mean for a 7million+ paid company that only puts only two engineers to repair problems that have months happening you can't expect much) all will be fixed.
Possible Actions we can take right now
- We can go and bombard the support and forum that already said that they wont address this topic and get ignored.
- We can convince moderators or high rank people of the workforce to be spokesman's for the smaller 10$ weekly guys
- Or move on and find another source of income if you are really xxxx off and you are a crybaby
