Needing your help on these scenarios. Appreciate any assistance as I'm a newbie in this Cat. TYVM! :)
|1) Looking for sales person named Kim, the call was connected however agent need to verify some details regarding with client's requirement. The agent promised a call back in 10 minutes.
|2) The caller he was supposed to pick up a 2014 Lamborghini, he asked for the business hrs. Agent and Caller agreed to pick up tomorrow morning at 9AM. Is this an Inventory or Service-related call?
|3) The caller called about the car he saw online, at the end of the call, the caller said if they decide to come and to take a look of it, they will call. The agent asked if it's ok to make a follow-up call next week. The client said if they decided to do something, they will do it within the next couple of days and get in touch with them. Will this count as soft appointment?
|4) The caller wants to inquire if the intended car has already been delivered to the shop. the Agent1 who caller have spoken to has not given him any update. The Agent2 who answered the call says maybe the car is not yet available and assumed that's the reason Agent1 hasn’t reverted back. Agent2 says he doesn't have any database that he could refer to and promised that as soon as something (intended car) comes up, he'll contact the client.
