in ID+, is this call for Service?
just need to clarify that if the customer called in about the service of her vehicle and in the middle of the conversation she mentioned that if her lease will be due she will probably go back and get another car from their dealership, but no discussion of an invite by the agent. The conversation went ahead towards the discussion of the schedule for the service appointment. So should we mark this as Service? Thanks.
