I know that the emails that I sent will not be addressed, according to the recent announcement regarding any emails about category deactivation/reactivation. I am posting this informal request to re-consider the newly imposed process, to make it friendlier to your worker. We are all in this together. A win-win situation for both workers and clients is innovation. I am requesting that my feedback be considered, and the reason I am posting in the forum is because I would like to be the voice for others, who feel the same way. Here is my informal request, submitted within my feedback which I hope benefits us all. Thank you for your time, Readers:
I hate to bother you again, but ever since I received the announcement that I have been removed from the Patient Pursuit category due to low accuracy (which I have no idea what that accuracy rating was, so I was unaware that I needed to monitor it), I have been trying desperately to rate the two categories that I was told to accurately rate for 100+ calls. The problem is, there are NO CALLS in those categories. I was able to do one appointment booked, and now my accuracy went from 100% in that category to 0% (no audit notice); and the why calling category, when it appears, only lasts long enough for me to complete, at most, 5 calls. This is when there are approximately 850-1,000 calls available in why calling.
I am contacting you on the basis of the unfairness of the new accuracy system—as feedback from one of your workers. It is appearing to be detrimental to progress, in its current form. I noticed others who have been adversely affected by the new rating system, also.
I realize and appreciate your efforts in making Humanatic an excellent platform. I know that there are trials and errors in any worthy project. I wanted you to receive my feedback on this issue because I realize how valuable feedback is, in addition to the efforts to improve the Humanatic experience. I hope that you find my feedback helpful.
I am having a very hard time trying to comply because there are no calls in the categories that I have been restricted to, in order to regain access to the category that I mainly work on. I have viewed others, I try, and the accuracy is always deficient, except in categories I prefer not to work on. Of course, I do not spend much time on them, because I prefer others.
I have sent an email regarding my removed category. But, please add this email to my file because they are much related. The categories I have been restricted to, in order to regain access from the category removed are next to non-existent. I try, seeing that there are over 1,000, and they are gone in 4 minutes. Only in why calling--appointment booked has updated about twice today, and the calls at most were 50. And of course, not all of those are available to me.
I need access to categories that are available if the system is going to restrict me from one category, until I am proficient in another. The "another" must be available to make this system move forward positively. An idea I had was to break the calls up into segments within that category that caused my accuracy to be deficient, and make those segments available as one of the restricted categories. The purpose being not to oppress workers, but make them better comes to mind. So, since they are weak in that area, make that area a focal category, so that your workers are able to meet your expectations. I hope that my feedback is considered. For now, I am forced to work on categories that I have a hard time learning, taking lots of time, losing lots of money, and not really learning. That makes the new accuracy updating/rating system non-productive, and posing a negative impact on Humanatic's progress, overall.
Well, that was my feedback. I know we will not receive any response on this issue, but if anyone who reads this has a way to get this feedback considered at the right table, please forward it. I'd appreciate it. And remember, we are all in this together, so a win-win is the best solution for any problem we encounter.
Thank you for your time,
