How can I audit calls when there are no calls available to audit for inbound and outbound? Other categ. are locked
There are no available calls to audit for live conversation inbound and outbound. I've been visiting the website to check if anything changes but it still shows 0 available calls. I'm just wondering if I there's a specific time on when I should log in. Or is there anything I needed to do to be able to audit calls. How can I unlock other categories if I cannot audit any call at all T_T?
