Admin clarification: DAR caller returning a vehicle purchased yesterday for another one
The caller purchased a vehicle yesterday and all paperwork completed, but he calls the dealership today wanting to return the vehicle in exchange for another one (not trade-in as they were clear on that with agent). Agent advised that he has to come in then they redo the paperwork because the VIN No has changed.... Is the best tag Correction: Not an Inventory Conversation because the caller was not interested in purchase of a new vehicle but an exchange of what he bought yesterday with another one?
