Soft Appointment or none was made
Hi! I was marked down for tagging a call as an appointment was never made. The caller says she will take a look at the numbers first before she will come in. During the conversation, the agent never mentions or asks about setting an appointment. The mediator says it should be tagged as soft appointment. Thanks.
