If you are having trouble logging in, and you are unable to retrieve your log in credentials from the Forgot Password option, the most likely cause is that your PayPal address is no longer linked to your profile.
All Humanatic accounts were asked to re-associate their verified PayPal accounts a few months back.
Your best option is to email Support, letting them know that you are looking to retrieve your log in credentials. You will be asked to provide your last known PayPal address, username, and / or account name.
