The caller shows an intent to visit the dealership, which is conditionally based on receiving certain criteria. Now, ask yourself, how is this different than somebody saying "I might come in to the dealership". And, actually read the statement again, the caller says "he will come to the dealership upon getting numbers". It's even more direct than a " I might " or "Maybe I will". At any rate, both scenarios to me are a "I might" or "Maybe I will" because they're both condition based, one on certain criteria being met, and the other on availability to visit the dealership. Should be considered "soft" for both.
