Agent: Let me check with someone in Parts
Agent: Mr XXX, you don't need an appointment, just walk-in to parts, the problem could be the battery or something. Just walk-in.
Caller: Ok, thanks
Should be a Potential appointment for service?? or it's related to parts?? because the call was handled by service but the agent says that he just can walk-in to "Parts".
