ID#11364520624, maybe my selection is wrong, but is not about it, is about this call is not connected?, i mean the caller actually hung up and said "ok, all right" agent helped him with his doubt and said "thank you for ca..." and didn't end her phrase because caller hung up.
@Son i know, that's what i'm saying, the call is connected but the mediator marked that call as not connected by other user dispute. My selection was "Yes" thats why i'm saying that maybe i'm wrong. But the call still being connected. I really don't know what is happening with mediators these days, they are marking calls like they want and not like it has to be
