Caller is connected to the qualified agent, but the call connection was lost towards the end

Caller is connected to a qualified agent about turning a lease, but the call connection towards the end of the conversation. The mediator considered it connected. I was wondering if it was correct or not because tagged in Caller could not connect to a live, qualified agent- other since the call connection was lost.
It depends. Was an appointment booked on the call? Were the caller's questions answered? Because if a an appointment was booked regardless of the lost connection the call should be considered connected.
