The caller wants information about something, The agent replied that currently no one doing these tasks. At the end of the conversation, the caller says thank you. In the future I will have similar conversations. I just want to improve my accuracy. Are these calls always connected? Or the situation like this: Caller: "Is agent"n" working there?" Agent: "No, agent"n" is not working here anymore." Caller: "OK, thank you very much." Agent: "You're Welcome." Is it connected or no connected? Your help will be greatly appreciated.
