If there is a down payment on a vehicle already or the vehicle is ready to be delivered, it's no longer an inventory discussion simply because of the fact this no longer poses a new inventory opportunity for sales and is an existing one. Essentially, the "vehicle is already spoken for" in a sense. Remember, not all deals have been finalized and are ready to be delivered, the key here is to subjectively figure that out in the call and mark it as such. Thanks.
