Hey guys, I have a little question about PPC.
If the caller is trying to set up an appointment, but the agent tells him there aren't doctors in the office...
Reason not booked shouldn't be "Calendar availability"?
Because I'm having audits for this, other guys are tagging as "Other reason" or "Service not available", but I think that isn't correct.
I mean, the agent didn't say "We don't do that" or something like that...
So what do you think?
