new appointment or rescheduled appointment ?
The caller has an appointment already but he says he wants it for an earlier day/time. The employee neither offer him to reschedule it nor says he's going to cancel the existing appointment, he just proceed to make an appointment for the caller. But doesn’t the caller has an appointment already? Is it considered a rescheduled appointment or a new appointment?
