Caller: Hi, I want to cancel my appointment
Agent: Ok no problem, do you want to schedule a new appointment?
Caller: Yes, maybe on friday at 10:00
Agent: Ok, It's done.
Caller: Thanks. Bye
it's considered an existing? or a new business opportunity? according to the OV. If the caller cancels an existing appointment should be tagged as "No, this caller was following up an existing appointment or question". But the agent requests a new appointment and the caller says yes!! So.. Doesn't matter if the caller cancels an existing appointment in this case scenario and would be tagged as "yes, this caller represents a new business opportunity?? or it's still considered an existing appointment??
