However, since before Appt Oucome you'd have to review Reason of call where you would define if the call is inventory related or not, there is an option for EXISTING APPOINTMENTS. If marked Existing then the call is no longer valid for Appt Outcome, if the call pass through this category you should tag as CORRECTION.
* Any Existing appointment for Sales, Service or not mentioned is -as of now- being tagged as Existing.
* An existing service appointment where there is an inventory discussion / sales attempt / sales business opportunity triumphs over the service appointment so the tag is YES for inventory. If then the agent wants to meet with customer while he is in his service appointment (to showing him some vehicles - for example) you should tag as Firm, Soft or Declined depending if customer accepts.
