Since last week I've been noticing that audits are not having reply from moderators since a while, and apparently I am not the one who notices this, I said it because there's a bunch of people (more specifically on CWC) selecting the same answer for all the calls they are reviewing, said selections are:
Inventory Discussion -> Yes An appointment was not discussed
This way the system makes penalties on the people who are really working and this is a nightmare, our earnings are critically affected by this issue.
My question is: Is there any way we could minimize this collateral damage that has been on our earnings?
I'll just migrate to another category for now but I'd like to come back, cause this is my favorite category
