please help me.. the call cut off in the end caller could not conect to live, qualified agent should tag in this call.. mediator insisting determined the call wrong number but if the call not yet finish or cut off while talking it should mark caller could not connect to live because the conversation not finish yet.. he/she changing overview, this is REASON NOT CONNECTED call no matter what it caller leaving or wrong number or what if the call cut off it should mark caller could not connect or other..
