But Humanatic got rid of Why not connected service category, and the box options you can see in SSC is "REASON NOT CONNECTED" (that's why you can see "Caller could not connected to qualified agent option" which could not be found in the selections of why not connected service before)
Set to Reason not connected Overview, this call is Decline to leave a message, as no chance to leave a message.....v.v..
But admin did not talk anything about that change, we are given the Reason not connected options instead of Why not connected service options and I hope that all Mediators should be awared of, they can check by pressing not connected in SSC and they will see what are those options, they are belong to RNC.
