This is regarding 'Car wars: Outbound Appointment Outcome' category. Customer stated that he can come some time next week. Then the agent asks the customer to call back when he will be able to make it in, so the agent can get everything set up for the customer. I marked the selection 'appointment was set but not for a firm time and date', but was audited for this. May I request for you to double check on it. Thank you.
