many calls in outbound is one sided please help me
many calls in outbound is one sided call how can i solve this calls, i unlocked Car Wars: Reason and Outbound of Call but many of call in this category is just only one speaking in the line, but if i review the call it was qualified and connected call even the one in the line can't hear, my problem is how should i know if he/she reply in appointment what should i tag? by guessing? or not discussed? or if the agent invite for appoinment and agent not confirm is hour/date will be declined?.. and i noticed my car wars consolidated category got 0 calls? why is this happening lol ..
