I guess is ONLY an explanation about what bridge greeting is. (that's what I think). If you hear an interactive menu: For sales press 1, for service press 2... it is a bridge greeting and you should mark it as "Wrong number - Hung up during bridge greeting". Not "Hung up 30+ holding".
You should mark "Hung up 30+ holding" when the call is placed on hold by the bridge greeting/Live person. Example: For sales press 1, For service press 2... *Ringing/holding music* *call ends without ever being answered* (Even if it is less 30 seconds)
