Because of your hard, accurate work, we wo
uld like you to be on our Super Human Team. It's an exclusive membership given only to a select few. Your primary mission is to be the mediator when your Humanatic co-workers dispute an audit. You decide how the call should be properly marked determining if the Human who filed the dispute has a legitimate claim. There will be other tasks for you down the road as well. That means there's plenty of opportunity for you to help the Humanation and yourself at the same time. Please read the overview carefully before you begin, and refer back to it often. It is very important that you follow the instructions completely. There will be times when you come across disputes with a negative tone, but it is important to remember to always use tact when leaving comments in response to your co-workers.

- You are required to follow the overview instructions - which means you are required to update any necessary audits for each dispute you receive, and you MUST leave a comment in order for you to earn credit for your review.
- You should not be skipping ANY disputes. The exception to this rule will be if/when you receive Spanish calls, when you are not setup for Spanish reviewing. As a Super Human you are expected to know how to review all calls. If you have any questions, please ask us.
- Selecting 'Mediate next call' will initially provide you with earnings, but the system will retroactively go back and verify whether or not you actually handled the dispute. If you did not, then the earnings will be removed from your balance.
