Comment 1: "Please do not relate one category overview to another. Car Wars: Outbound Appointment Outcome is it's own category. It is incorrect to tell reviewers to refer to the category as Dealership Appt Request. If the overview instructions are confusing or lack clarity, please address that specifically regarding the category itself. "
Comment 2: "The customer on this call did not agree to an appointment. The customer has interest in the possibility of going to the dealership, but he in no way, shape or form states that he will. A loose appointment would be a confirmation that the customer intends to indeed come out. He does not state that on this call. This is a declined request."
