inventory discussed, no appt, collected phone number, agent ends call before caller was finished speaking
There was a similar discussion in the forum where you were in, and was similar to my question but I would like to clarify for this specific situation where there was no appointment discussed. In that forum, you said the call should be marked connected because there is appointment set and clients need that data.
Inventory was discussed, no appointment discussed. Car not available, caller not open to other options. Agent promised to followup when he finds that particular car and collected phone number. Agent ended the call "bye". The caller was still talking and had more questions but agent put down the phone already.
Is it correct to mark this as a disconnected call?
