please respond - Why Calling:: Service
customer; wanted to know the status of his car, agent said: sorry no one is available at service can i take a message, customer said yes, name xyz, phone number 1234567890, - i marked THE CALLER NEVER CONNECTED TO A LIVE AGENT. hope i am not wrong OV says select this option if the caller did not reach the desired person and instead left a message with a live person. i always marked as mentioned above...
but OV also says that discussion of an app opp trumps any other discussion that takes place on a call that is considered to a live qualified employee... WHAT DOES THAT MEAN ?
