In outbound service purpose call when the agent calls to reschedule an appointment should that be marked at "To confirm an existing appointment" . I just unlocked this category for me, I'm trying not to mess up lol
Another scenario if the agent calls to schedule an appointment should that be marked as "To invite the costumer into the dealership for a service appointment"?
