When a client says "I have to talk with my son and I'll talk with you later", is it soft or declined?
I really need help with this, when the client says he must\have to talk with another person about a possibly future appointment, I have read it's soft appt. because it's a potential appt. But these day I did that and another reviewver says that it's declined because the client never said he\she would come to the dealer.
