People are using the DAR overview for this category. Nothing in the RFOC category says to choose "Soft" agreement for vague response that have a 1/1000 possibility that they might come in.
This category is looking for commitments where an agent can actually book them into their calendar. The time doesn't have to be specific, but the agreement should at least give us a time frame or an agreement that doesn't have a condition attached to it.
"I can come by on the weekend" Soft agreement as long as the they don't attach a condition to it. Even if the agent then says I will call you on Friday to confirm, it's still a soft agreement.
If the caller said "I might be able to come on the weekend, but I need to talk to my husband first or check my schedule".. The agent says I will call you back on Friday. This is a decline as the agreement is conditional and the app't is set in the next call.
