Need some clarifications on Home Service @Aireen @Inklord
Greetings my friends. So...
1) Caller asks about a service, product, repair, etc.. but the employee just can't answered him (it doesn't know, a qualified employee is not available, call gets disconnected while caller being transfered by the same employee). I always tag this as an New Business Oppt.
2) Tech just finished a job and left that place, caller says that he needs him to comeback all this on the same day.
3) Caller already called early but he hasn't heard about them. (I tag this as Existing appt)
