I have a doubt, if a caller is put on hold and the connection has lost after 14 seconds, should I mark it as Hung Up While On Hold or Caller Could Not Connect to a Live Qualified Agent-Other?
Because in the overview says for the last one, Select this option for the calls that lose their connection.
