However, if there was already an existing appt, it should be Correction: not an appointment opportunity
->Remember: If the caller is looking to re-schedule an existing appointment, please mark the call as “Correction: not an appointment opportunity.”
Lastly, please note that in order for a call to be selected as Yes, both sides should agreed on the appointment.
->Select this option if there was an opportunity to book an appointment and an appointment was successfully booked. This can include callers that agree to a walk-in appointment.

Any hint, suggestions, request, etc about an inventory appt should always be acknowledged. Appts attempts can be made by either party, directly or indirectly.
