Reason not booked?
Hello my friends! I''d like to know this, in a lot of calls there's a problem with schedules, insurances or prices, but most of the callers say they'll call back, they check their schedules or insurances so they'll call back, should I mark other/ no reason given for these cases? Or when the caller say "i want to make an appt for 5pm? agent: I'm sorry right now I don't have nothing available, give me your number and I call you back if there any cancellation..? What I'm supposed to put?
