Live Conversation - Inbound for Service Appointment
I quite get this kind of call sometimes. Suppose the caller was connected to a receptionist at 45 seconds and during the conversation, the caller was booked for an appointment. Then later at 3 minutes, the receptionist suggests that the caller will be redirected to a service adviser so they could discuss about the details of the service needed. So what is the correct connection time for this, at 45 seconds or at the 3-minute mark?
