I'm confused of this call, I need the correct tag for Live conversation and Why calling service. Im confused because its a one call but two kinds off different scenario and connected. Scenario: First agent: answer the call below 10 second mark And set up an appointment for recall service Agent said "I already have your appointment set-up now you can if they can provide you with a loaner" connected to the second agent: connected over 1 minute Caller said: "and just said will be dropping thursday morning" Agent said: "good to go"
Please help me whats the correct tag thanks.
