When should be tagged as a connected one?
What about if a dealership's agent calls in behalf on one of their customers, who wants to fix his car in another dealership due to they do not offer the required service. The thing is that the dealerships's agents were talking to each other and suddenly, one of them, introduced the customer into the conversation.
May i say that, the call connected when agents were talking to each other, or when the caller gets into the convesation? What would be the right tag ?
