Why do my Superhuman Mediator earnings not update with each review like all other categories?
I have just recently became a Superhuman. However when I go to the Mediate Calls categories, my earnings are not updating as I mediate each call like it does when you do the other categories. I was suppose to receive a Welcome email from admin with my Superhuman account status update and still have not received it. I am not understanding why my earnings do not update with each review. Is this normal or is there something I am missing? Also when you mediate calls, are you suppose to hit the dismiss call or mediate next call button upon completion of each review? Thank you for any input or assistance.
