New or current patient/client/customer
The caller asks the agent for the price for something like a tooth extraction and the agent answers with the price for the service. The caller thanks the agent and the agent then asks if the caller wants to set-up an appointment for which the caller clearly answers that he was just asking for the price.
I know that by asking for the price there was an intent or an appoinment opportunity but what if the caller when he was asked to set-up an appointment say no. Should I still consider it as having an appoinment opportunity and tag it as such? I'm still getting the feel for this category as I recently just unlocked it so thanks for anyone who might clarify this for me.
